Mr. Ahmed-Ramadan Sadek
Mr Ahmed-Ramadan Sadek is a private Consultant Neurosurgeon Surgeon in London specialising in complex spinal surgery.
He holds an NHS Consultant post at Queens Hospital in London where he is the Clinical Lead for Neurosurgery and is an Honorary Consultant at Barts NHS Trust. He has also completed the Sir Hugh Cairns combined orthopaedic and neurosurgical complex spinal fellowship at the Royal London Hospital and in addition to his clinic practice, is the NHS North East London Spinal Research Lead and Lecturer on the Neuroscience and Translational Medicine Master’s Programme at Queen Marys University of London.
Prior to this, Mr Sadek was an academic Walport trainee in Wessex and held the Jason Brice Fellowship in Neurosurgical research during which he spent a year at the Universitätklinikum Bonn, Germany. He was awarded a doctorate (D.Phil. Oxon) in 2005 from the MRC Anatomical Neuropharmacology unit at the University of Oxford.
Mr Sadek approaches spinal problems from all angles utilising the multidisciplinary approach to achieve the best possible results for his patients. He works very closely with orthopaedic spinal surgeons, pain specialists and physiotherapists and treats all spinal conditions from the craniovertebral junction to the sacrum.
He has a particular interest in acute spinal conditions such as disc prolapse, radicular pain, neck/back pain, sciatica as well as myelopathy and spinal tumours.
He has an academic interest in spinal pathology and an active research portfolio focusing on spinal conditions and enabling technologies. Mr Sadek has published over 40 research studies and numerous book chapters. His research has featured on the front cover of an international journal and has been presented all over the globe.

Our 79,000 sq ft, seven-story, private hospital on Wigmore Street has 39 en-suite inpatient rooms, consultation and treatment rooms, and a physiotherapy suite.
The hospital has a high-spec imaging suite fully equipped with an MRI, CT scanner and X-ray machine. There are three state-of-the-art operating theatres, two anaesthetic rooms and a recovery bay.

Our Wimbledon clinic houses a state-of-the-art imaging centre with a 3T MRI and X-ray scanners, Ultrasound, seven consulting rooms, two spacious waiting areas and well equipped treatment rooms all located on one level, ensuring easy accessibility for all patients.
Our partnership with Spire St Anthony’s Hospital allows us to provide orthopaedic surgery closer to our clinic. We treat a full range of conditions and perform joint replacement surgery using the latest Mako robotic assisted technology.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm, and Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
If you are travelling by Tube, our closest underground station is Wimbledon (District Line), which also has rail and tramlink services from central London and beyond.
There is no parking available at the clinic, but we have a number of parking facilities all within a 10-12 minute walk of the clinic: Centre Court Car Park, Broadway Car Park, and Hartfield Road Car Park. Please note that all of these facilities are paid car parks.
